Servers
To ensure the highest standards of operational resilience, all client environments are mirrored between two sets of servers located in London and Gloucester. This ensures that you are confident that TalkFreely will be available when you need it.
Email Integration
TalkFreely uses MessageLabs, the world's leading provider of email security and management services, to filter all incoming and outgoing emails. This ensures that any inappropriate or harmful files are removed before they reach your TalkFreely account.
Data Encryption
TalkFreely deploys the strongest encryption products to protect customer data and communications, including Verisign 128-bit SSL Certification. The lock icon in your browser indicates that data is fully shielded from access while in transit.
User Authentication
Users can only access TalkFreely with a valid username and password combination, which is encrypted via SSL while in transmission. Organisations can prevent users choosing weak or obvious passwords.
Server Management Security
The customer owns all data entered into TalkFreely. TalkFreely employees do not have direct access to the TalkFreely production equipment, except where necessary for system management, maintenance, monitoring and backups.
Database Security
Our robust database security model means one TalkFreely customer cannot access another's data. To ensure this we provide each customer with a dedicated environment, so each customer has a unique set of databases rather than sharing a common database platform.
