Campaign Management
Proactively seeking feedback from the most engaged communities sometimes requires persistence. TalkFreely provides the tools to invite feedback, then track the behaviour of the people you have targeted. Those who don’t initially respond can be re-targeted appropriately.
Contact Management
As you gather feedback, you have a fantastic opportunity to build profiles of the people you engage with. By better understanding your relationship with each individual and their preferences, you will improve the relevance and targeting of future feedback campaigns. If you already have relevant contact data, this can either be imported or synchronised using our API.
Case Management
Many forms of feedback require management on a case-by-case basis (ideas, problems, questions etc.) TalkFreely gives you the tools to create workflows that match your management needs for each type of feedback.
Reporting
Our reporting suite enables organisations to report on the feedback given and its subsequent management. You can create reports based on all forms of data including submissions, tasks, contacts, campaigns, discussions and case progress. Reports can be displayed graphically and, if required, included in the Apps you share with your contacts. If you wish, you can export data for use in spreadsheets, or integrate TalkFreely into your data warehouse through our API.
API
The TalkFreely API enables you to import legacy data; synchronise data with other sources; and export data as and when required. The API also allows you to integrate your Apps into SharePoint or other environments that benefit from single sign-on.
Notifications
You can choose the events (new submission, task reminder, new comment etc.) that trigger notifications to users. You can also choose how users are notified, including email, SMS or RSS feeds. Alternatively, you may wish to notify people via popular social-networking tools such as Twitter or Facebook – the choice is yours.








Feedback
